Reply to comments
How do I post a reply to a comment in my blog? So they look like they belong to each other. I'm new at this stuff and I haven't figured that out. Hope someone can help.
Moving Days
My son who was living at our home moved this week. This is the first time my husband and I have been a "couple" since 1975. Not used to it yet. It was nice to look in the cookie jar this morning and still find cookies in there, nice not to find dirty dishes in the sink that appear over night and the bathroom was still clean. I do miss not having him around though but he seems to like his new place and its a good thing to keep moving on in life.
I've spent a lot of time getting him in the apartment this week so I'm behind in my work and am having a hard time concentrating too. When I catch up on my Quilt for an Hour quilt, I will post more pictures.
This is hunting season weekend and the traffic will be awful today so its a good day to stay home and work and stay away from the wave of "orange" that will take us over!

Pansy Pincushions

These are some pincushions that I worked on today. I used a new fusible today called Vilene Fuse-melt, very soft and very nice. I think I might finally have found thee fusible for me and I think it could change a lot of my quilting ideas. These pansies are based on a free pattern on Jean Wells website and I just kinda embellished them up a bit and then did a leaf one of my own design.

I used beads, ribbon variegated thread, gimp, etc to make these pretty, don't really want to put a pin in them.
